Zeba Shoes Review - Comfort Meets Convenience (THEY WORK!!)
2 weeks ago I saw an advertisement for an interesting new kind of sneaker that promised hands-free accessibility. They were called Zeba Shoes. These weren't just any old slip on or anything like that either. They were billed as sneakers that can be worn as easily as a pair of slippers. I recently had surgery which made bending down very difficult for me, so I figured I'd give this new shoes a try. In case you haven't seen them before, check out their promotional video (it explains the functionality pretty well):
Yeah, I know. The first thing I thought of when I saw this video for the first time was 'there's no way these would work'. 'Wouldn't they feel loose?' I was definitely skeptical, but given that they're a company based in the U.S. and offer a 30 day return policy, I figured I had nothing to lose so I gave them a chance. They arrived 4 days after I ordered them, which is lightning quick for any product I've seen advertised on Facebook. Most of the stuff I buy on Facebook takes weeks to arrive, so these arrived really quickly (they use Fedex to ship).
My Zeba Shoes (I ordered the Steel Onyx men's extra wide) came in a well packaged extremely high quality box. It wasn't one of those cheap shoe boxes that open from the top, they opened from the front and need to be pulled out like a drawer. Along with my shoes, Zeba throws in a free pair of socks and extra pair of shoe laces! Anyway, after opening the box I was super excited to give these a chance. Even before my surgery, I hated putting on my shoes and I would normally shove my foot into them and try forcing my feet in without bending down. This rarely worked and I needed to bend down to adjust them in anyway and I knew I was breaking the back of the shoes with this method. To my surprise, my Zeba shoes came pre-tied so I just took them out of the box and slipped my feet in as demonstrated in the video and to my surprise THEY WORKED EXACTLY AS ADVERTISED! My feet slipped right in and they felt nice and snug. These shoes felt AMAZING!
I couldn't wait to try these out on one of my regular walks. I regularly walk a couple miles everyday to get fresh air and some exercise and I can safely say ZEBA SHOES HOLD UP! I LOVE THEM. I've been walking in mine regularly everyday and they really do look and feel like a normal pair of sneakers. Putting them on is super easy and so is taking them off.
Are Zeba Shoes worth it?
YES!!! I love them
